parkrun Captains Tour

Your captains are hosting a completely free race series utilising our wonderful local Merseyside parkruns.
This is open to competitive and social members of the Kirkby Milers.
All races and dates are subject to change but we will work towards these dates and locations and update closer to time, if there are any cancellations.
It will be age graded using parkruns age grading system.
The aim is a fun social race series with a small token alcohol or sweet treat as the awards at the end of the series. There are 8 races across Merseyside with your best 6 counting towards the final results.
There will be awards for 1st - 3rd, Age Categories. Most PBs, most improved. A minimum of 6 events must be attended for eligibility.
Grab a volunteer credit!
As parkrun can only survive with it's volunteers, as an incentive, you are able to use up to two races as a volunteer, were you will be given the equivalent of your highest age grading for each race volunteered.

I'll update closer to the first race.
This is also open to our Junior Milers but they will not be eligible for the bottles of Babycham.
It would be amazing to get us all together.
