Kirkby Milers AC compete across a wide range of competitions and races both locally and nationally with road races, athletics and cross-country events.

Kirkby Milers AC is a member of the Mid Lancs Track and Field League and compete as a team at their events throughout the spring and summer.

Road Running : Merseyside Grand Prix Races
The Merseyside Grand Prix runs from March to September and compromises local races selected by the Merseyside County Athletic Association. The series rewards both team and individuals based on the standings at the end of the competition.
